Conference Fee

Payment for participation in the SIM2026 conference is only possible via bank transfer.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to the following e-mail address: sim@agh.edu.pl . 

Each participant has the right to cancel their participation in the conference in accordance with the following rules:

Deadlines:

the participant will receive a refund of the registration fee after deduction of PLN 75 gross as handling costs until 31.03.2026
the participant will receive a 50% refund from 01.04.2026 to 30.04.2026
no returns accepted from 1.05.2026
